What is drop-shipping?
Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the merchant never sees or handles the product.
The biggest difference between dropshipping and the standard retail model is that the selling merchant doesn't stock or own inventory. Instead, the merchant purchases inventory as needed from a third party – usually a wholesaler or manufacturer – to fulfill orders.
In other words, drop-shipping is a method of selling products without ever touching them
e-commerce in america
In 2018, there's a consumer and a retailer. Every American is a consumer, not many get the chance to become a retailer. Today, you get to choose which you want to be: Consumer OR Retailer. Consumers give money to the retailers. It's important to know which side you're on. With E-Commerce you're able to make money at all hours of the day. Truth is, there's not really a moment or time when Americans aren't spending money. It could be 2am in Ohio, and somebody from California just got off of work at 11pm, then purchased something from your store. All hours of the day and night. It's nice hearing that cha-ching when it's going into your bank instead of out.
